    • The elevator was quick, the bar tender at the cabana bar was less then friendly and breakfast was disappointing at the Renaissance.
    • The service is a lot better, wireless in-room internet access is free and the pool is very nice.
    • Moreover room is clean, the restaurant are great.

        Turned a great stay into an excellent stay, unsurpassed Friendly Service and the rooms were fine and met my basic requirements. The pool was spectacular.

        Excellent service, personable and very nice staff, comfortable bed, decent pool, good cocktails by pool.

        The hotel seems a bit old and worn, great frozen drinks from the bar, the restaurant had a very limited menu.

        Pool was the best i have had in all my travels around this country and the location was just right for us. Our stay was great, the lobby was warm and inviting, staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and bar there was good. And oh yes, the new flat screen was nice and breakfast was disappointing at the Renaissance.

        Good location for visit in the area, renaissance hotels are usually much better than this and staff is above and beyond friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are very lovely and printer available to print out airline tickets as well. Food in the restaurant is excellent, the pool is very beautiful.

        Very good location, great Place and the staff and the concierge at the Renaissance were a HUGE help to us. The room was quiet, allan the manager was sooo nice and the pool was very clean and inviting.
