Renaissance Austin Hotel - 奧斯汀

I liked the location too, very close to Arboretum so you can just walk and a short drive to downtown or Zilker.

Perfect location for shopping, a pleasant stay and the housekeeping service was very good.

Beautiful location up on the Texas hills and the hotel looks great from the outside.

Although this area is 15 - 20 min from the airport, it is an easy drive.

One tip that does not pertain to this hotel is to be sure and give yourself at least 45 minutes to drive to the airport, probably over an hour during rush hour.

The staff members were very courteous, our room and bathroom were spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable.

The Residence Inn because it has a 2 bed/2bath suite was great for our purposes.

THE ROOMS ARE EXCELLENT AND WE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PLEASED WITH THE CLEAN ROOM AND THE BEDS SLEEP GREAT.

Very pretty and elegant courtyard interior, nicely-appointed rooms, exceptionally comfortable bed, well-equipped work-out facility, and friendly service.

Ther other hotels that have 2 bedroom suites shared a bathroom.

Other than conference meals which were very well done, we only ate breakfast once in the dining room and I had several light meals in the lobby "cafe".

The restaurant and breakfast buffet are superb and of the many times we have been at this property customer service has always been top notch!

Additionally the breakfast restaurant was clean.

The bar staff is excellent, but the fancy in-hotel restaurant was boring.

Location is good for shopping, atrium of the hotel is very nice to look at and the service is great - - the staff is friendly.

Hotel has a small gym, pool and sauna which is nice to relax in.

There is also the wonderful convenience of a separate elevator that goes to the fitness level so you don't have traipse through the lobby in your workout or swimming apparel.

Excellent indoor & outdoor pool and fitness area.

And no wireless connection, which is a crime in tech-savvy Austin.

First room we had was back by the smaller elevator and the entire room vibrated, plus we could hear the ding of the elevator clear as a bell.

Attentive and polite staff, clean room, so car rental is a better option.
