Location, short walk into the centre of Fira. The pool area is lovely. The staff are attentive and you are offered free drinks on arrival.
Our room wasn't as expected. The images on line make the hotel look modern and more boutique. These are only the suites and its not made clear on line this is only a couple of rooms. The hotels has a large number of rooms spread an area that is along side other small hotels, so you feel a bit of out the way. No wifi in these rooms. I believe as we were only staying one night we were not given the room we had believed we had paid for.

The staff is very helpful and nice. They brought me a welcome champaign when I got down to the pool side to enjoy my sunbath. The location is good, not too far away from the city but not easy to find the way back esp. in the dark. I felt safe in the hotel at night because of the optimum lighting system.

A fresh and exceptionally clean establishment. The staff, especially Nikos, were extremely helpful in making my visit to Fira as pleasant as possible. I will certainly return and highly recommend Rena's suites. Well done!

Nikos' welcome and attention to us throughout our stay was exceptional - nothing was too much for him. We loved the stylish creative decor of the rooms and the beds were superbly comforatable. At first we thought we would regret not having the sunset view etc but rapidly changed our mind for the peace and quiet of Rena's plus the easy accessability. The breakfast was good and the homemade cake and fig jam excellent. And the transfer to and from the port much appreciated.
Our bedroom had little space around the bed but it was so tasteful and comfortable...

Great little family run hotel in a quiet spot just 5 mins walk from the town centre with lovely rooms and amazing staff who are always on hand to look after you! Panos and Nikos are great and really took care of us! We were a large group yet always felt that the attention was fast and personal. Cant believe they always remembered everyones name! Lovely pool area that has day-long sunshine and a little bar to keep refreshed. Nikos makes some great cocktails! All the local tavernas deliver food too so take your pick from the menu's and 10mins later you can enjoy what you fancy.
WiFi is a touch patchy - probably because all the rooms have solid concrete walls, however there is cabled Ethernet in the rooms and they will give you a cable to use if you prefer.

Nico and Pathos were amazing!!! They couldnt do enough for me. My room was basic, but clean and tidy every day, the breakfast for €5 that they offer is definitely worth it, you get a lot. The views were amazing, you're about a 7 minute walk into the town... No complaints!

Godd location, near the centre of Fira, but in a quiet and calm zone.
Window didn't work properly, we couldn't close it, so we got sunlight inb the room really early. Room was a bit far from the reception and the pool as well.

My friend and I stayed at Rena's Suites for 5 days in September and thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was lovely, modern, was cleaned, and had fresh towels daily. Panos (the owner) was very informative about Santorini and made sure we knew how to get around the island and what was the best places to visit. His staff were really nice and made sure our stay was perfect. The location of Rena's was central to the town with it's many restaurants, tavernas and shops. It's location was good as we could travel to any part of the island by bus or taxi and on a couple of occasions my friend and I needed to get to the Ferry and also the airport, and Panos and his staff were always happy to take us. Great food, great staff and a lovely break for a few days.... Would recommend it to anyone. Thanks Panos & Staff

Enjoyed the rooms: Both the suites and the economy rooms are charming and comfortable. Panos was helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The delicious breakfast and transfer to the Port were excellent additions to the value of the hotel. The pool and views from the rooms and suites were very pleasant as well. The short walk (~10 min) to the commercial areas of Fira made this location convenient, yet far enough removed from the noise and action of the main areas. We really enjoyed staying here and would do so again for the price we paid. An excellent value.
The safe boxes were not bolted down within the rooms. Some troubles with one of the bathroom renovations - the door doesn't close in one of the junior suites and water sometimes leaked below the barrier of the shower to the bathroom floor. This hotel is advertised with wifi available throughout the hotel, but the signal was very weak except near the reception area and non-existant in the economy rooms on the other side of Villa Evgenia (maybe a room sharing agreement?) These items are easy to fix and I mention it to help improve what is otherwise a great place to stay in Fira. Thank you!

The pool and the nicer more expensive rooms looked really good
We got informed less than a week before our arrival that our nicer more expensive room Had been overbooked and that we'd be moved to a standard room. As this was the one place on our holiday we chose to stay somewhere more expensive it was a let down and our new room was not even in the same complex as the ones we wanted to stay in. Staff then at the end of our stay were going to charge us the rate of our original room, when they had emailed saying the room would cost 10 euros less a night (which they would have been making money off us this way anyway, as the difference in the standard of the rooms would have been more than 10 euro), and they did not inform us at breakfast that certain items on the menu cost extra and we only found out when paying our bill, as a courtesy this should have been stated on ordering.

I thought the service was very good, the rooms were kept very clean and the decor fresh.
I was a little disappointed at the state of the pool. It was extremely cloudy and looked Like it hadnt been vaccumed in a while. Also I was surprised that they didnt have a laundry service. The location is not the best, so if you aren't bothered about a caldera view then this will be fine.

The real luxury travelling feeling can be given by the hotel, indeed. Seldom hotels could provide free airport shuttle service as Rena's Suites. I chose the hotel after the comparison with other 100 hotels in the island. Even though its score was only around 7.8 at that time, I still came for its design. Then my experience showed my choice was so correct. It is worthy a score of 9 and more. I will recommend strongly Rena's Suites to all my friends.
It needs 7 mins walk to the center of Thira. Actually I don't care about it.

Very, very nice. Would recommend to anyone. Their pool is fabulous with a wonderful view! Great hospitality and the location couldn't be better, quick walk to town, bus stop near by where you can catch any bus for visiting any other area. It is best to stay in fira when on santorini, especially for the busses since they all come out of here. There are two types of rooms at this hotel the more modern ones and the more traditional. I like the modern, but the traditional ones are nice too, depends on how Kuching time you plan to spend on the room. The owners are so nice and friendly, also much of the food they serve poolside is grown in their own garden. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The wine at the pools was complimentary, it was my favorite hotel during my three week trip island hopping. Also they have free shuttle service, be sure to send email to let them know when you are coming in, I didn't know to do this, but at the port someone called them and they quickly sent someone to pick us up.
