Relax Resort Montego Bay - 蒙特哥贝

The location is fantastic - on a famous peninsula and staff there are very nice.

Cons: Shuttles only goes to the beach and the airport at 10:00am, 2:00pm and 5:00pm (3 mins to airport and 5 mins to Beach), once they forgot to pick us up but did credit the cab fare back to our bill.

The front desk was very friendly but when we wanted a taxi they sent for the resort bus.

The walls were dingey white and the bed spread appeared dirty and looked like it should smell (but the beds were comfortable).

I had locked all possible locks and double-checked before I went to bed, and he claims it’s my fault!

The only problem with the room was the lack of electrical sockets (x2) - one for the small fridge and the other for the TV.

The room had an old stuffy smell, never had enough towels, when asked for more face towels, was toll housekeeping was gone for the day, so we were given a beach towe to wash our facel.

The corners of the rooms had collected sand and dirt.

I found that they were operating on a very old fashioned system regarding the meals and I think that the owners should allow guests to have their breakfast without the need to list every item consumed.

Breakfast is nothing to write home about, but it was worth the 10 USD that we paid.

One morning I order bacon for breakfast it was the worst I ever had, so asked to waiter to taket bacon back because it was spoiled.

It overlooked the pool (beautiful) and the bar.

The computer didn't work, the food was terrible and the cook had a bad attitue.

The staff were generally good particularly at reception and the room was fine.

The staff was inpolite and it seems like the word "service" does not exist in their vocabulary.

Food could be better as well as promptness in the service.

Friendly owners and the staff were very helpful.

The staff polite and accomodating, the owners are very nice.

The hotel shuttle should have been a selling point of this hotel.

However, the shuttle was never on time leaving the hotel (we had to round up someone every time we wanted to leave) and never came to pick us up to go home.

The rooms were large and clean, the Food was very good at a good price.

The service was pretty good, in all fairness my friend's room was nice and clean.

Our room was clean, tha employees were very courteous.
