A great place to stay - we loved the room, the service, the food and the location.

It's a place where you can experience the excellence in service, the excellence in location, the excellence in atmosphere, the excellence in cuisine.

The location is extremely convenient and our view to the Santa Croce Basilica over the adjoining rooftops was lovely and gave a distinctive insight into the rooftop lives of the locals!

He was unable to get us a taxi on several occassions because it was too hot outside.

That was the reason we wanted the taxi(to avoid walking 20 blocks in the heat).

Furthermore the price was WELL WORTH, the staff took superb care of me and our guest room was large.

Wonderful guest rooms and l’excellence de la cuisine… En un mot : excellent.

This hotel I can say was without fault - the friendliest and most attentive staff I've ever experienced, wonderful guest rooms and public rooms literally part of a an old palace.

We stayed for in June 2008 and were simply delighted by the room (Junior Suite) and the overall service.

Our room was average sized but so perfect, new, and clean - steam shower, free mini bar, in room internet, view from the windows, cool lighting and electronic system.

The service in the hotel restaurant both for breakfast and dinner was wonderful.

Moreover the quiet balconies and excellent restaurants.

The continental breakfast was the perfect way to start the day.

Breakfast was the best, dinner was wonderful.

One was the (separately operated) restaurant on the ground floor of the building, the Enoteca Pinchiorri.

Great value all round, modern style and excellent service from an outstanding staff.

From the moment of arrival when the doorman escorts you up to reception to the welcome drink in the lounge while the reception desk staff checks you in, the accommodating staff never miss a beat.

But the service at the front desk was quite snooty.

The decor, the view, the staff, the hotel resturant and the atmospher were 5 star plus.

Service was attentive, classy, and friendly.

Beautiful common areas, charming hotel and the building is wonderful. The style is an elegant mix of old and the staff are excellent. The rooms are updated, the restaurant here is AMAZING.

Pillows are very hard, extending the checkout shouldn't be such a big deal.

Nice views on the city and beautiful place. Furthermore the price was WELL WORTH, the staff took superb care of me and our guest room was large. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

Our view to the Santa Croce Basilica over the adjoining rooftops was lovely, staffs were really nice and the rooms themselves were very comfortable. The continental breakfast was the perfect way to start the day.

A lovely view over rooftops to the facade of the Santa Croce chruch, the best hotel in the world and modern decoration. Friendly staff, beautiful rooms and free mini bar. Great restaurant.
