We had high hopes for a hotel that costs 200 euros per night in Cortona.
Gorgeous location, delightful town - like a dream and cortona is a perfect hub for vacationing in Tuscany.
Perfect location, beautiful setting and the "house wine" was as good as gets.
This location is easily accessable to all cities in the Tuscan region with Cortona only a few minutes away.
David Papi provides most comfortable accommodation in a peaceful location just 5 minutes drive from the wonderful hilltop town of Cortona with its bustling streets and busy restaurants.
David was so helpful in suggesting wonderful outings and was always happy to make the arrangements for cabs, trains, and wine tasting tours.
Very elegant historical - rooms in the 500 hundred years old house, the service was not disappointing and the bed was super comfortable.
Fully restored manor house consisting of 6 beautiful rooms/suites and all concerned did everything possible to make our stay as perfect as they could.

The pool area is perfect, the hotel grounds are beautiful and service is of a very high standard.
The position just outside Cortona is perfect, the hotel is small and charming, the staff is extrememly attentive.
The hotel sits on a lovely property in the valley below Cortona and friendly service to all the guests.
There is also a lovely pool to enjoy during those wonderful hot Tuscan days.
When we arrived David Papi told us that they serve dinner outside by the pool each night, so this is where we decided to have our dinner that night.
The pool area is perfect to enjoy a glass or two of one of the wines from David's cellar and his fabulous place deserve better.
The staff was excellent and the room was clean.
The room was clean and taken care of each day that we were away.
