Loved being right next to the 1st tee and pro shop. The spa was cozy and charming, just what I needed after a stressful day of doing absolutely nothing.

Couldn't find someone to explain the French menu to me. Ugh, how dare they not cater to the English-speaking elite like myself.

The chateau's decoration was absolutely charming, with its elegant furnishings and beautiful artwork. It really made me feel like I was staying in a grand country estate. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and provided plenty of comfortable seating for us senior folks to relax and enjoy. I also appreciated that the hotel had good accessibility for us older guests, with ramps and elevators to help us get around easily.

I would have asked for a better vacation if the children working there were more attentive and helpful.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The reception staff were always available, even at late hours, and were able to communicate with me in English. It was such a relief to have the information printed out in English as well, making it much easier for me to navigate my way around. The amenities at this place were fantastic. There was a swimming pool, gymnasium, ping pong table, and billiards, just to name a few. The huge garden was the perfect spot to soak up the sunshine and enjoy the beautiful weather. I also loved the fact that there was 24-hour desk service, ensuring that any needs or concerns could be addressed at any time.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

We spent our New Year break at this hotel and we were really impressed with the facilities offered. the beautiful countryside views from the rooms and grounds were breathtaking. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the nearby vineyards and market towns. the ample food choices and high-quality meals were a real treat. Lastly, we enjoyed the use of the pool which was a bonus during our stay.

The service we received at the restaurant was not up to par. We found the menu difficult to understand and the staff were not the most accommodating.

We had an amazing time at a beautiful and peaceful place with excellent food. The spa was wonderful and the breakfast was fantastic. The pools and grounds were immaculate. Despite a few drawbacks like limited room service options and a rude waiter, overall I highly recommend this hotel.
