The Room we had was a Junior Suite wich was very nice and a view to the hills and just superb.

The shower was in the bath but there was no shower curtain or screen to prevent spraying the bathroom.

A second request had an effect but the air conditioner could not be adjusted in the room resulting in a chilly 18 degrees.

But: the air conditioner/heating had been shut down and we asked for heating, as the outside temperature one day was only 15 degrees.

If you can book the tower-room - you must!

The only redeeming feature was the continental breakfast where hard boiled eggs and fresh fruit were on offer.

A wonderful old white villa, with an excellent indoor/outdoor restaurant, marvellous view and nice pool-area.

The food was great and you definately get what you pay for.

Some of the best food we have ever had in Italy, served on the terrace, watching the moon rise over San Gimignano - just mind-blowing!

They especially focus on sea-food, but have a very extensive menu.

And the kind of personal service you only get in a small place: We were leaving on a Monday (when the restaurant is closed), and the waiter came in to the hotel (on his day off.

The views were unbelievable, the staff were so helpful and.

The hotel is very modern, with very helpful staff.

The pool area was hard to part with as you are surrounded by panoramic views of untouched country side.

The shuttle bus was available anytime we wanted.

There is a shuttle bus but it didn't move the whole of our stay and when we asked if we could use it we were told no, it was too late in the day, even though it was only 6.

The hotel was really clean, the pool area was great and the room sizes were excellent.

Very quiet location, hotel staff was friendly and beds were very uncomfortable and hard. Moreover the breakfast was very good.

Lovely views of San Gimignano, one recommendation would be that wifi could be extended into the areas of hotel guest rooms and yes shuttle service is operating. Some of the best food we have ever had in Italy, the Spa is a great asset.

Excellent location and we found your place to be a peaceful relief coming from the hustle of Rome. Staff were very welcoming and the room was beautiful. The food was great.

The room offered a good view of the Tuscan country side, the hotel was really clean and the staff were so helpful.

The mattresses on the beds were really hard, this was a disappointment as the restaurant was a significant item in our original decision to book.
