Well located in a pedestrian mall in Micro Centre. A very quiet room and very helpful staff.

The price was fair and the breakfast was decent. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The location was great, near all the key attractions and places we wanted to visit. The wifi connection was stable which allowed us to work a bit during our romantic escape.

The noises outside were so loud that we struggled to sleep at night, making the romantic getaway not as peaceful as we had hoped. The walls are too thin, so we could hear our neighbors talking and even snoring.

The staff, especially in the reception desk, treats you like they're doing a favor to you. It's a hotel that stayed in the past. Even the elevators doors were not automatic!!! The bed was very uncomfortable. The room wasn't very clean and they clean it up every day very late. We always get back to the hotel in the lunch time and the room was still not clean.

I like the appearance and feeling of the hotel. The beautiful wood work in the halls ways and the doors is very appealing.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location on Lavalle pedestrian street was perfect, just a couple of short blocks away from the popular Florida pedestrian street. Being in the centre of this city allowed me to easily explore and visit many attractions. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and enjoyable environment. The breakfast provided was excellent with a variety of options, including a fresh fruit salad. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces, making my experience even better.

We stayed in this hotel 2 times and we recognized that they have very different rooms at the same price. First room was small, simple and bad smell in the bathroom. Next time everything was perfect!
