Hotel Regente Madrid - 马德里

As the hotel is located right on the Gran Via its a perfect location to explore Madrid (especially if you are only there for a short time).

In a fantastic location and cost-effective accommodation situated in a quiet street just off he Grand Via.

The rooms were clean and quiet, service was good and location was terrific, close to the metro and main shopping areas.

From the airport, catch the Metro (you will need to change lines a couple of times but its cheap and fast).

Great location for Metro links, staff were also very helpful organising taxis and facing the main road so a little noise was experienced.

We asked for a triple room and got a very large and spacious room with two separate twin beds (not together as we found in most of the other hotels in Spain) and one fold down bed, which was comfortable.

Bathrooms in double rooms all have a bath, basin, toilet and bidet, although the singles don't usually feature the latter and have a shower instead of a bath.

5 of us have just come back from a 2 night stay at the Regente Hotel where we were staying in 2 rooms (both had two twin beds pushed together and an extra sofa bed).

Bar prices are reasonable and breakfast at 8 Euros is well worth it.

If eating out you can do a lot worse than Himalaya, an Indian restaurant on Constanilla De Los Angeles.

Close to all kinds of restaurants and coffee/pastry shops.

All in all the staff was great, shopping, restaurants,coffee shops, nearby.

Good house keeping service, nice lobby and the staff are very friendly.

For the price we paid felt like an excellent deal, reception staff were extremely helpful and check-in was simple easy.

I stayed for 2 days & had an inside room which was very quiet & then visited Salamanca & when I returned on Saturday night had to have an outside room AND opposite the lifts(elevators) It was terrible I hard hardly any sleep.

But if you are driving then don't stay here as the parking is expensive (so are a lot of other hotels in Madrid actually).

The Hotel was excellent and the lobby was welcoming.

Room was clean and breakfast was good value for money.

Right away a man took me to a bigger room, which was clean and a little larger.

Additionally rooms were clean and the buffet breakfast was fine.

Clean and nice staff, the room was very modern.
