Regency Lodge Omaha - 奥马哈

While the location of this hotel was very close to where I needed to be, in the future I will choose another hotel.

The location was close to where I needed to be, but FAR FAR away from everything else.

The room was spotless, spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable and the room well equipped.

My room was large with a comfortable king bed.

Our bed was so bad we asked for another room.

We were accommodated with a slightly better room with a slightly better bed.

We did get lots of cable TV channels and have a nice tub in the room however.

Loved the hotel, great breakfast, clean rooms, close to everything, great bar/restaurant, setting area.

It had a good size bar and lounge area up front as well.

We ate at the restaurant for supper, and that was good, too.

The next morning we decided to eat their breakfast.

50 for "service fee" then ultimately you are getting more than a waitress in a restaurant and doing nothing more than bringing overcooked food to my room.

The concierge, Don, is a great guy, but the front desk is not all that helpful and if you book through Booked.net, as I did, they deny you airline miles.

That afternoon when we had gotten back we stopped at the front desk to ask for toothpaste and the young lady that was behind the desk was busy talking with another employee and seemed bothered that we were there.

Best hotel i've ever paid for and we found the staff very helpful and friendly.

The pool was nice and big and the fitness center looks like a small gym.

Our group consisted of families with teenagers and we enjoyed the pool area, sauna and the proximity to a big mall, too.

However, they do have a shuttle that will take you in a five-mile radius.

They have FREE high speed internet as compared with other hotels that charge up to $10.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was super-clean, very well stocked, and comfortable.

Our room wasn't anything special, but it did have a fridge and microwave, and the room was very clean.

The only good thing about the hotel that we were impressed with was how clean our room was.

We had 2 kids with us who enjoyed the clean large pool and hot tub.

This breakfast had all the normal continential items with sausage gravy and biscuits (yummy) and everything looked fresh and it was delicious and included w/our room rate.
