  Pretty luxurious room and generous breakfast. Indoor swimming pool.

  The hotel was cold and very noisy, the diningroom staff were inattentive.

  Beautiful view of the city, very poor hotel and the lobby and lounge were very nice. Staff were helpful and friendly, the room was clean, fitness facilities were potentially very good. There food was excellent.

  The breakfast was cold and the towel was not changed, dinner was incredibly expensive, the spa was closed 4pm.

  Great view of Jerusalem, good value and spacious lobbies. The staff were very friendly and the family room was very comfortable for three. Shabbat buffets was amazing, the spa facilities were very clean and pleasant.

  Great view over the old city and nice hotel. The staff were very helpful and the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good.

  Especially the toilet and the mirror attached to the wall was really not clean, also, the pool facilities were overrun by thugs made us feel uncomfortable.

  I liked the location, the hotel caters to observant Jewish guests and staff and front desk were brilliant. The rooms were spacious and had a nice touch of a fruit bowl, breakfast was excellent.

  The room was comfortable, clean and had an excellence view of Jerusalem, hotel prices for food and drinks were reasonable. Staff were very helpful and Israeli Breakfast was excellent.

  Great view on the deluxe rooms to the old city, in comparison to other hotels in Jerusalem dan comes as one of the best and some of the staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast has plenty kind of Israel food.

  Breakfasts and the view were amazing, the hotel had a pool and this was very nice after a hot day in Jerusalem. Staff were very helpful, food in restaurant on Floor 4 was extremely good even we arrived late 10.30 pm.

  Great views of the city from mount scopio and the location and the facilities of the hotel are good. All staff are kind, executive rooms are very nice, new, modern and the breakfast is the best of all.

  Very nice view, the Dan Jerusalem was a much better value than compArable hotels in the city and the staff were attentive.

  Only the heating in the room was adequate and restaurant was under staffed and slow.

  The location was convenient and the hotel has improved since the last time I stayed there was a Hyatt hotel. Staff in restaurant were also fantastic.
