Regency Inn & Suites White River Junction

The location and family environment make it worth bearing with them while they're working so hard.

It is worse then the ho-jo's @ penn station.

The room itsel had the most uncomfortable bed I ever slept on.

When I arrived at 4:00 my room was not done yet, so they sent a maid there which took a good 30 minutes, only to find empty beer cans under the bed.

We had to evacuate the room just as we were settling in for bed.

Howard Johnson (new owner) even didn't honor our reservation and substituted a 2 room suite with standard room, smelly, with air conditioner broken.

I had my laptop set up and camera on the bed.

13) The only solace was the chinese restaurant and bar in the hotel.

Continental breakfast was turned into regular cereal+milk food substitute.

The food there is excellent and great bar.

The free breakfast wasn't much (juice, bagels and toast), they'd do better to go to continental and drop any expectation people might have.

I like chinese food as much as the next person, but I can't eat it for three meals a day.

Customer service is poor - I had contact with 4 employees during my one night stay and all appeared to be disinterested and pre-occupied.

The staff was professional, 8) TV was 70's kind.

A great place to commit suicide--totally depressing and the staff is very nice and helpful.

But the staff was friendly, so gave it another shot.

Beautiful swimming pool area, descent fitness room and sauna, generous continental breakfast for less than $60 were our reasons to return.

Just to complete the story: sauna and fitness room were gone.

5) The sauna and the gym were closed completely and all equipments was out of the hotel for good.

Sheets and bath were clean and the staff was professional, responsive (and honest about where the hotels problems are).

Bath were clean and the continental breakfast was not set up at 7am as scheduled.

To top it off the rooms were never made up nor were clean towles ever brought.
