Regency Inn & Suites Abilene - 阿比林

The location was just perfect right across the hospital that I had a meeting, the rate was reasonable and the new rooms were really comfortable and clean.

The front desk was nice and friendly and the location is excellent with plenty of restaurants close by, along with Target and Walmart.

I asked the desk clerk again and she said the manager was in the building, but had to leave to go to the airport to pick up someone and would be back shortly.

When we finally got to our room we walked in only to find that we were put into a room with only one king sized bed when we specifically asked for a room with two beds.

I offered to roll the bed down the hall to my room but was informed nobody had a key to the room where it was stored.

There was a hand written note on the bed stating that they did not clean our room because there were personal items on the bed, which was only a t- shirt.

When i got back to the room my children pointed out to me that there were stains on the walls, the curtain was falling, the bathtub had a crack in the back of it, and the carpet was so filthy that my son had black all over the bottom of his socks!

The young lady told me that the reservation had originally been made for two beds, but that they had rooms decide to stay another night so our reservation had to be changed.

There was also a breakfast bar but we didn't partake.

The next morning we all went down to eat the continental breakfast, which was also a joke.

When i saw this I told my kids and husband that we would go down the street and eat breakfast somewhere else.

I walked to the front desk and asked if they had our reservations for one or two beds.

At 9:45 the front desk received a call from the manager who said he was at my room and had just set up the roll-away, but he wasn't planning on coming to the lobby to talk with me.

I know this because one tile had fallen in front of the front desk where we were checking in and had not been cleaned up.

The front desk clerk didn't speak and acted as if we were bothering her when we asked to be checked in.

We told the front desk clerk all of the problems but were never offered any sort of compensation.

However, when we walked in there were about seven visible buckets, trash cans, anything you can think of that can catch water, spread out across the lobby.

I said I would wait in the lobby in case he was too busy to get the roll-away and towels when he returned.

The staff were great and the room that we had was very clean.

Wow what an imporvement they are in the middle of a renovation but the staff was great and the new rooms were really comfortable and clean.

Comfortable and great rate, the room appeared to be acceptably clean.

My room clean, the pool looked liked hadn't been cleaned in days.
