I have nothing nice to say about this hotel and would highly recommend against it.
Toilets were dirty and small, furnishing was poor and looked like some unwanted furniture from someone's store room. The base if the toilet bowl was leaking, it had plastic and soiled towels wrapped around it. Room was very small, sheets had a sour smell to it. Tv was a small box stuck high up that u would have to strain your neck to watch if u can see anything at all since it's so blur.

Free Wifi, but very low download speed.
Decrepid, run-down and over-priced. The second worst hotel I have stayed in in my entire life: Old, damaged furniture in the room, dead insects in the beds, smelly room, torn carpets on the floor, a piece of torn cloth serving as a table cloth, no lifts, no breakfast available, very early check-out, no toiletries in the bathroom, shower drain full of hair; etc., no telephone in the room, fire exit locked..... Never again!

Location is the great. We haven't wasted a minute in our schedule for transport, because Earls Court Underground - two minutes by foot. There are lots of places nearby to buy food (M&S and similar, Tesco at 15 minutes walk). Lots of places to eat outdoors. Old, beautiful, quiet district. Stuff is polite and helpful. Free wi-fi (ask for the password at check in).
No lift, which wasn't a problem at all - but just for future visitors to know. Quite small but still nice room. No handle on the closet door.

Our room was on the 3rd floor and no lift. No towels in our rooms, we had to negotiate 3 flights of stairs to request them. After half an hour they still hadn't arrived - so - 3 flights of stairs yet again.

I did not like anything at all about the hotel itself! It is horrible. The only decent thing is the location--very close to the Tube.
This is not even really a hotel. It truly is only one step above a hostel (though I've stayed at nicer hostels!), yet the rates charged are much higher than hostel fees. The room was a tiny, tiny, tiny (even by European standards) closet with a hard bed along the wall. A single lightbulb hung from the ceiling. There was only one outlet for electricity. There were disgusting, open bottles of shampoo and soap in the shower stall, crusted and dry and awful. As soon as I saw the room, I left to find a different place to stay. I did not stay and would not stay.

It's located in a very tourist friendly neighborhood.
The check-out was at 10 and the receptionist was extremely rude.

cleansiness space, facilities, service was all below standard. Due to this I left early and overall analysis is that this hotel is below average.

This should not be classed as a hotel, no lift no tea coffee in room etc only one channel on tv, apart from carpets it needs a complete makeover,

This place should not be called a "Hotel", it sure feel like a boarding school, read on. The check-in time on the confirmation is 2pm, I turned up at 1.40pm, the front door was locked. I sat outside on the steps while raining till 3.30pm when the manager came back and to check-in. You dont have a key to the front door, to get in you must buzz to get inside. When I was leaving the hotel on a sunday afternoon, there was a sign "Curfew 12am till 8am", I enquired about why I was not informed about the curfew in the confirmation. "Normally this is not a problem for our guest". I was told that I must be back by midnight otherwise I will be locked out till 8am.

Absolutely nothing. It was the worst hotel experience I have had.
Incredibly rude staff that go out of their way to make you feel uncomfortable. Grubby rooms with not even a bar of soap in it. Nothing like the photos on the website. It's a hostel, not a hotel. And a terribly expensive hostel at that.

Only good is close to earl's court underground station.
Worst hotel ever been. No space in bath room for turning around. They will charge you 10 pounds for leaving luggages when you check out. When you ask them why, the answer is "I dont care"
