The hotel with reasonably large and huge rooms, in a shopping area, close to everything. Very amiable staff with great local knowledge. Outstanding food, satisfactory breakfast.

Incredibly nice breakfast, STUNNING location next to many restaurants and shopping center and old town and other attractions. Also, to a Casino that had flashing bright lights all night long. Big size room with fantastic view over the harbor. A wide range of facilities such as: climate control, cable channels, and a refrigerator.

Overall had very lovely stay on vacation. Marvellous and awesome location for visiting casinos and cafés minutes away from the hotel. The place was near Carbon de Palo, where you can have dinner. The restaurant was great, offered high quality food.
Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.

Prime location between two casinos was a plus. There was wine bar Guatila Restaurante, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel. Tbh, had an unforgettable stay on vacation.

The staff we met were quite rude.

Well priced and excellent hotel with city view. Separate bedroom. Early check-in, excellent and beautiful location short walk to many restaurants and shopping center, and the beach and nearby tourist places in Cartagena, many restaurants and other services at a walking distance. Also, to the beautiful Old Town.

Booked a room with incredible views of the beach. The excellent and beautiful location was within walking distance of Nao. This hotel was in a good area near to shops, Colombia, and shops in Bocagrande.

The location was great, close to the beach and restaurants. The staff was friendly and provided fast response. The room was nice and had a great view. The breakfast was delicious, served by hospitable staff.

Great location with stunning ocean views. The beach was peaceful and not crowded. Enjoyed the hot showers in the room. The room itself was perfect, and the conditioner smelled lovely and made my hair soft.
The breakfast was poor and not self-serve. Communication was difficult as staff had limited English knowledge.
