The hotel had comfortable bedrooms. Well-maintained rooms and a dining area, a sitting area, and iron and ironing board included. The bed was lovely and the balcony had unforgettable views of the ocean. Its location close to a beachfront mall was stunning.

Absolutely great hotel with very pleasant personnel and awesome view over the ocean. Recently refurbished, spotless rooms and well-kept amenities. Exceptionally comfortable bed, large bathroom. Central location, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Greenmount Beach.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with stunning views and a sunny balcony perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The well-equipped kitchen was a major bonus, making it easy to prepare meals. the availability of extra parking was great for our large group.

The pool, which was situated in a shaded and windy area, making it unpleasant to use. Another issue was the lack of common sense in certain policies such as not allowing a single can of beer near the pool and no tissues in the room.

I like the position of the tower, beachfront, close to shops, cafes, bike paths, walks. you dont have to get in the car at all!! Have stayed here twice and first time had a 3 bedrm on floor 11 north east, requested similar 3bedrm for second visit but got 3rd floor on other side of bldg, which was a bit disappointing.

Fantastic location across from the beach with great ocean views. Close to a range of restaurants and cafes. Only metres to patrolled beach and kilometres of paved walking tracks alongside the beaches. Spacious rooms with floor to ceiling glass windows, modern decor and fittings. Great balconies with outside tables and seating. You can lie in bed and watch the beach and the ocean - bliss. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly.

A bit noisy in the early hours of the morning but considering the location it's understandable. A wait for the lifts at busy periods.

The apartment was incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a luxurious home away from home. The outdoor pool and gym facilities were excellent, and the location was perfect for easy access to the beach and other local attractions.

A few things marred an otherwise enjoyable stay. The elevators had an unpleasant smell and were often crowded, which made it difficult to get around the building.

Nothing to do at night breakfast available for hotel guests from Raw Energy was very limited. Anything decent would cost extra!

This hotel has a great location right by the ocean, offering spectacular views. It is also close to shops and restaurants, making it very convenient. The rooms are well equipped with comfortable beds, kitchen appliances, and full bathrooms.

The hotel could benefit from some renovations as some areas look scuffed and stained in parts.
