The rooms were tastefully decorated and themed and complete with free coffee, a very nice view and fridge. The location was unbeatable, within a close distance from Rooftop.

It was high-class, decent size and with very comfortable beds.

Soundproof and contemporary rooms with awesome views. Nice beds and a high ceiling and a comfortable couch. Fine check-in and friendly check-out, parking nearby. Free Wi-Fi provided in hotel. Incredible and wonderful location for visiting bars and pubs. Walking distance to a shopping area and a Christmas market across the street.

I ate at an awesome restaurant for breakfast. It was in a great and unbeatable location right by New York Public Library. Every member of staff was nice and impeccable.

Although everything was great, some of the staff were not that friendly.

Location: the hotel was next to Times Square, Bryant Park, Broadway and more as well as shopping place and eating area. My room with toiletries, comfortable beds, awesome views was beautifully decorated.

It was a luxurious place, had friendly attentive and exceptionally welcoming staff especially Ashley the manager who assisted me with a very specific request magnificently.

Clean hotel, liked to be near all the main sights as well as great restaurants in the area thanks to marvellous location. The staff was willing to help above and beyond. The room I had was updated and tidy with very comfortable couch and the bathroom and couch. The cigar bar was cozy and the staff were fairly friendly and amicable. I have stayed here before now, it's still a comfy property.

We had the king studio and it was good-sized and normal double on level 3. A high ceiling and a comfortable couch were available here too. The hotel team was willing to help. The service was great, nothing too much trouble. Central location was a plus. Everything was modern and within 20 minutes' drive of LaGuardia airport.

The room had awful views.

The rooms are high quality with large bathrooms and have a nice interior. The location is absolutely perfect and excellent, a 10-15 minute walking distance from A 102-Story Art Deco Skyscraper.

It was clean with lovely staff on every shift. I had adequate and delightful room on level 3. The location was unbeatable, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Times Square. The area was great close enough to the airport for an 8 am flight the next morning, the downstairs restaurant or the rooftop terrace, and theaters, St Patrick's Cathedral, and Times Square.

Beds were very small.

The location is central, next to the buses to Jersey Gardens and Woodbury Common for shopping, and all the main tourist attractions. The hotel serves sensational breakfasts on the roof top.

The location seemed absolutely perfect even in the restaurants. The room I got was beautifully decorated and themed with a very nice view, a huge bathroom and 2 queen beds.

The rooms here are good sized and normal double with views. It has amazing location to see a long-standing department store.

We loved the vintage touches throughout the hotel, especially the antique house phones. The rooftop bar had a great atmosphere and amazing views. Convenient location with comfortable beds. we would recommend this hotel.
