The room was just about adequate for a 3 star hotel, staff were helpful and efficient, the bathroom was lovely.
Superb outdoor pool area and free car park.
Bar also were very modern, breakfast was lovely and the complementary gym facilities were fantastic.

Ideal location for the Bristol balloon festival and the staff could have been more informative about the facilities in the hotel. In the bathroom of our room we couldnt get the shower to get hot.
