It made our trip to Bansko a really good experience. The breakfast was nice and we greatly enjoyed the restaurant where it was served. All staff was very friendly and gave some tips about Bansko.

Football ground, tennis court, jaggies, and billiards for entertainment.

The location was absolutely perfect and magnificent - only a short distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The area was enjoyable, a brilliant base for us.

The spa facilities were definitely a highlight of our stay, as well as the indoor and outdoor pools. The apartment we stayed in was spacious and clean.

The towels and bed sheets weren't changed regularly.

The property is surrounded by an amazing picturesque location and offers great amenities. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools were amazing. the villa was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Another advantage was the free parking.

Some facilities were outdated and seemingly damaged, and the toiletries dish was hard-to-open. the basic breakfast lacked in vegetarian options.

I had a great stay at this hotel - it offered good value for money. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with very comfortable beds and a nice view of the Pirin mountains. They were also cleaned regularly, and I especially appreciated having a balcony. The hotel is conveniently located close to the center and near the mountains, making it a perfect choice for nature lovers like me. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities were all in good working order. Lastly, the breakfast spread was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to start the day.
