  Perfect location and a very good hotel. The reception staff were friendly.

  Rooms were very hot, breakfast was disgusting.

  Location for Bath city centre was good and the reception staff were really nice and breakfast was ok.

  The hotel maintenance man was unable to fix and the only option was to move room, the bed base was old and stained and the linen used to make the bed did not even cover the matress.

  The bar and lounge area were very pleasant, the only good thing about this hotel was the location, the staff were polite and the breakfast was nice.

  Good price for the area, just across the Pulteney Bridge and the town was lovely. Hotel was very dated and the staff were welcoming. The rooms were cleaned and serviced each day, bar open needed and a nice breakfast provided in the morning.

  The location is amazing, about the worst Hotel we have ever stayed in and the staff are pleasant , friendly. The breakfast is provided as complimentary.

  The building is quite old and badly maintained, · most genrally stained room i have every stayed in. Bar expensive particularly for the level of service.

  Price good for location, the street was quiet I was there and the common rooms were attractively furnished in an old world decor you would expect in Bath Spa. The staff were friendly, the bedding, towels and Bathroom were clean, the complimentary breakfast was well prepared and offered a number of options.

  The location was superb, the hotel overall was clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room just felt dity and the word part was the bed, breakfast was more than satisfactory.

  Good location and handy budget accomodation. Reception staff very helpful, beds very comfortable and each day I received fresh towels too. Inadequate continental breakfast.
