  The room was clean and the location very convenient, hotel staff were very friendly. Price was perfect for us, the coffee/hot chocolate bar in the lobby was great and lyra, one of the clerks at the front desk was especially helpful. The bathroom was spotless and checkout was fast and efficient.

  Service on long island and great area. The hotel was clean and the free coffee machines in the lobby were our favorite. The staff were friendly and our room was wonderful.

  Room was nice and is in a good location as far as being close to the mall and eateries, this hotel is a great value for Long Island, also, the management and staff are knowledgeable, competent, friendly, and helpful. Bathrooms are as well and fast food right around the corner.

  The lobby is small, old, musty smelling very dirty, towels are small.

  The employees were polite and friendly,and the location to good food was ok too, the hotel hallways, vending areas were very hot. The lobby was clean and the staff were friendly, service was excellent. The beds slept great and complimentary coffee offered 24 hrs/day.

  Best place in long island, excellent customer service and also the maids are very nice. The rooms are comfortable and the complimentary coffee and tea downstairs is great.
