  LOCATION AND FRONT DESK STAFF.

  TORN DIRTY CARPET. FRAME & BED SLOPSIDED. FILTHY DIRTY COMFORTER. DUST EVERYWHERE. STEPS, ELEVATOR, AND TERRACE WALKWAY SMELLED OF URINE, SPECIFICALLY OUTSIDE OUR ROOM DOOR. THE TERRACE WALLS ARE SUPPOSE TO BE WHITE BUT WERE DIRTY BROWN. WE WERE IN HAMPTON VIRIGINIA FOR THE 43RD JAZZ FESTIVAL. WE HAVE BEEN ATENDING FOR 8 YEARS NOW. THIS IS A BIG EVENT WITH THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE ATTENDING. WE HAD BOOKED FOR A 3 NIGHT STAY BUT CHECKED OUT THE FOLLOWING MORNING AS DID A LOT OF OTHER TENANTS. MY GROUP WAS ABLE TO OBTAIN ROOMS AT THE BEST WESTERN AND ENDED UP PAYING LESS THEN THE RED ROOF CHARGE. LET RED ROOF END KNOW THAT POWER WASHING GOES A LONG WAY AND A GOOD CLEANING CREW HELPS.
