The hotel was fairly clean and staff were all really kind and very good. Location: the property was not far from areas such as the decks/wood, and the beach on the river. Plus it was 10 mins drive from Falls Park Fishing Pond.

The hotel is spotless and located in a renovated building. It is really close to breakfast restaurants in Coeur D'Alene. The rooms with balconies and patios are lovely. The staff is very helpful. The swimming pool area is excellent. The breakfast is free and wonderful. The location near the lake is stunning and amazing.

It was very comfortable stay, I thoroughly enjoyed freshly made food.
I booked standard queen room, it was ideal and complete with 2 queen beds, enjoy the view, for instance. A microwave oven and a fridge where available too. The location was stunning, very close to beautiful river, accessible to freeway, and Spokane, in a fairly nice area.

I liked the place, everything was perfect. The staff was genuinely helpful, offered wake up service and ironing free of charge. The king room was nicely furnished on the bottom level. There was a really nice restaurant for lunch in the hotel😀

The best part was the location – right on the river with a beautiful view from our balcony. We enjoyed walking along the river and the peaceful atmosphere. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more pleasant.
The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was if it had been included in the room rate.
