  The location on the river walk is very nice for exercising, the setting is very tranquil and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and the beds were terrific.

  Our room had a courtyard view overlooking one of the two outdoor swimming pools and the river, the staff were excellent and the whole place was very clean, the front desk was very friendly. Bathroom was nice as well.

  The breakfast buffet includes a lovely view of the Spokane river, great hotel and staff were very friendly and helpful. The fourth room was fine.

  A really lovely hotel and a super staff, good service, pleasant Room / Restaurant a LIttle Sketchy. Impressive hot breakfast buffet, nice spa.

  Clean, comfortable, nice staff, very comfortable beds and free breakfast.

  After touring the surrounding areas we returned 5 hours later and no one cleaned our room, the place is old and the layout is sprawling.
