The one thing this hotel has going for it is a nice, central downtown location.

While I don't think it was their best room, I was pleased with the location on the grounds and felt we could have done much worse and been placed nearer the freeway with more noise.

My mom grew up in the area and the Red Lion has always been known as the "nicest place in town" and the #1 location for weddings, high school reunions, etc.

I will NEVER step foot on this place again.

There were some in the bath-tub, bathroom floor and I've even found a tiny spider on the bed comforter.

Carpet looked new, Bed spread was a new Pollyester fiber, lamps were new,Bathroom was upscale with nice amenities and nice towels.

The room itself was clean, the bed comfortable with plenty of pillows.

Granite topped sinks, shower heads that pulse and massage, lovely soaps and shampoos from Bath and Body Works, luxury sheets and 5 pillows on the king sized bed!

We stayed in a two queen bed room near the pool area.

We also tried their restaurant breakfast, which was good.

The restaurant was not that great for breakfast.

Medford was for the concert so we were at the venue all day, so I can't comment on the restaurant or bar (I don't drink) or any noise.

There is a bar/restaurant in the lobby area which we did not use.

Staff seemed more like they just wanted to quickly get you to room and did not want to explain room type, rate amenities, other than restaurant and bar.

The front desk staff, in general, were absolutely worthless.

This is were it makes me even more angry at the hotel management for not effectively providing in the least bit a little customer service training to it's staff.

The lobby was clean and inviting, front desk personnel were pleasant, the room was very quiet.

We did not use the hotel pool or resturants so I can not comment on those.

The hotel has a nice pool which we did not use, but looked very nice and clean.

Since the hotel doesn't have elevators, we requested downstairs so it'd be easier for us to grab our luggages.

The much-touted wireless internet access (the prime reason I chose this place) was non-functioning.

The room was fresh, clean and recently redecorated.

Front desk was friendly and efficient, the rooms were incredibily well soundproofed, the pool was clean and nice.

It was clean and comfortable with 2 queen size beds.

I wouldn't go that far, but the room look newly remodeled, and it was VERY clean.

The front desk clerk was very friendly, rooms were very comfortable and clean, the pool was nice.

    Some of the rooms are a pretty long walk from the office area, the one thing this hotel has going for is a nice and the lobby look a lot better from the inside than the outside. His pillow had the smell of strong.

    Great location and nice place. The price wasn't too bad, the staff was courteous and helpful, the room was luxurious. Sheets were clean and soft, the continental breakfast was basic - yogurt.
