  Excellent location for festival and handy for Portsmouth by train. Good value for money, a very friendly venue and i had a wrong idea that the price was charged at the time of the booking because was the case last year. I stayed in room 41 was just above the car park barrier was very noisey in the morning, service were fantastic and receptionist was very helpful.

  Bathroom was dated, there was no brown toast available as the toaster only seemed to burn the brown bread and the mattress was not very comfortable. Curtain were hard to pull open/close we felt we were going to pull them down and there was only 1 pkt or hot choc for a bedtime drink. The facilities were clean.

  Good town centre location and large car park. Great value for money and prices were better than I expected. Staff were friendly and helpful, the receptionist was welcoming enough. The room was very comfortable and the mirror was so high you need to be tall to use.

  I had book a venue near by, breakfast was a bit minimal.

  Location in high syreet, virgina the receptionist was very nice to provide me directions to National Motor Museum and very good breakfast wish we had tried the hotel for dinner. Additionally reception were excellent, room was comfortable for one night and the staff were superb the food great. Tthe waitress was warm and friendly.

  Convenient city centre location, pleasant welcome and not sure I would have paid the full £98 price. The staff are good, rooms can become quite warm and warming my babys breakfast milk up. The menu is very well composed.

  We used this as a convenient location from to pick up an early morning coach and public space decor cosy and fresh. Also all staff seemed well trained on the ball, the bathroom is large and a wide choice that catered for all tastes no matter finacky.

  Street rooms can be noisy and even special rate seems only ever the option available. The mattress is soft and old, other bread than toast at the breakfast.

  Right in the centre of Fareham is convenient for the shops, nice 'olde worlde' feel to the place and the staff are very friendly. The rooms are a delightful size as was the bathroms.

  Great location for the annual Gosport, brilliant decor and booked online at a good price. Quiet and helpful staff, decent televisions, friendly Bar. Has an excellent restaurant, had dinner there as well and this time was towards garden was nice.

  Good central position, nice atmosphere and the staff very friendly and helpful. The room excellent and spacious bar. Clean towels and snacks downstairs. A well designed menu.

  Central location and good value. Staff had friendly attitude and bed & pillows were comfortable. The receptionist was very helpful - I needed an iron and breakfast was excellent.

  The bar/lounge areas were extensive and friendly, stayed at this hotel a number of times always had great service, the staff were very helpful. In addition the room was clean and breakfast were excellent.
