The price is competitive with the other hotels in Helena, none of which can comapre to the Colonial Hotel.

The location isn't the best, but it is among all the other hotels in Helena.

The hotel with the best location and appearance from the outside is by far the Best Western Helena Great Northern.

The bed was awesome and the breakfast was pretty good.

Our path to our room was filled with dust and dirt and our beds and pillows were way too soft for a decent night sleep.

The bathrooms were regular size, but nicely decorated.

Comfortable rooms and lousy free breakfast.

The beds were comfortable, both pools were warm.

Additionally sheets seemed cheap, has an awesome complimentary breakfast and outdoor pool.

We had coupons for breakfast in the hotel resturant, but the hostess/waitress/busser/etc.

034;Most hotels do not have gift shops and seeing the earlier review about it being like a garge sale I ahave to disagree.

The front desk staff was very accomodating and had great customer service skills!

Of good quality, the staff was also great and the check-in was quick.

With a little employee customer service training (ie- greeting the customer(duh!

I almost didn't stay here because of that and the staff was very friendly.

The lobby is beautiful - you wouldn't expect this in Helena.

When you walk into the hotel the lobby is beautiful.

They have both indoor and outdoor pool and a nice yard area for kids or pets.

Our room was huge and was very clean and comfortable.

    Location is perfect, the lobby is beautiful - you wouldn't expect this in Helena and friendly staff at check in. In addition the rooms are huge and the breakfast buffet is delicious.
