  The front desk was very helpful and friendly, the room was cleaned thoroughly each day.

  The food was not great, pool was always freezing cold and should be a bit warmer.

  The location is perfect, breakfast in the restaurant was delicious and there is a grill by the beach for lunch, wonderful place to come back to year after year. The staff is nice and the room size is large and the beds we found to be very comfortable. The waiter even let my daughter eat for free and the spa is a sparkling addition and the massages we had were great.

  Perfect location for kids and beach was beautiful. The hotel manager was clueless and the staff rude and no help at all, service was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable, food was great like always, the outdoor pool was very nice.

  Great location for kids and beach was beautiful. The hotel personnel were very helpful and friendly, the service overall was excellent. The room was clean, buffet was wonderful had a good variety for everyone and the pools were heated.

  The location was fabulous and the water sports , pools and the beach were all great. The hotel staff were good as well, service was perfect and the main bedroom had 2 comfortable queen size beds. For $20 per adult – the food was excellent.

  The beach was great and our room had a wonderful ocean view as we sat out on our balcony. The service was excellent and beds were comfortable. The fish was big enough for the whole family to try and enjoy.

  Indoor outdoor pools plus located right on the beach, location is good and the Spa is the best part about this place. The staff at the red jacket are welcoming, friendly and very efficient, the room is just blah. Front desk service should include a breakfast and the Sous Chef, James, cleaned and cooked the flounder two ways for us.

  The playground on the beach was wonderful and the pool area was very nice except for the same uncomortable chaises. Staff were very friendly, the water was calm and the food was good and the restaurant offered a good variety.

  The beach had nice soft sand and 2 swing for the kids to play on, perfect view of columbus day weekend fireworks. This place is wonderful and staff is nice, professional, and very accomodating. The rooms desperately need to be updated, breakfast in the restaurant is great and the courtyard around the pool is quiet and idyllic.

  The private beach is clean and quiet, the outdoor pool area is definitely a plus for the resort and wonderful for the children, the location of the hotel is perfect. The staff is very pleasant and helpful, the breakfast buffet is very good.

  On the good side, the beach looked nice, great location and grounds of the hotel are beautiful. Staff is very helpful friendly, the indoor pool is large, and offers a ping pong table and a hot tub.

  Good location, best stay ever and the staff were very professional and friendly. Our room was comfortable and the outdoor buffet was great.
