Great location because you can walk to everything, this motel is very poor we did not stay the second nite taat we had booked I think you should inspect motels before you recomend them and the room also had a lot of space so we didn't feel cramped.

Great location because you can walk to everything and leave your car parked free at the motel.

So this is definitely a great location and good if you don't mind a room that is just good enough in and walking distance to everything and your looking to save a buck!

The location of the hotel is not the best.

I really liked its convenient location to the Niagara Falls tourist area and 26 foreign countries.

In our room we had 2 queen beds, 2 dressers, a TV with cable, air conditioning, a bathroom, and a small refrigerator.

The beds had hair in them, bathroom was dirty, no remote, shampoo bottles half full,lotion bottles filled with water, dirty towels, no hair dryer, it was the worst hotel room ever!

Went in and checked in, were given room 303 first, with the Heart Shaped Jacuzzi, went to check out the room, ashes everywhere in room, trash on top of the tv, tub was dirty, room smelled and bathroom was not clean.

We sure needed the towels to clean the bath tub and the floor because there was hair all over the bathroom.

We had two queen size beds and the bathroom facilities were excellent in the room.

There is no restaurant or in-room drinks or food, but there is a drinks machine in the main reception area.

While there we tried to make a reservation at a local restaurant but our phone wouldn't work for local calls.

I suggest this to all couples and mature people who enjoy the convenience of having food and attractions really close by!

The stay was nice and comfy, the staff was very friendly.

I like that is 4 blocks away from all the attractions, the hotel is located near the center of the city and service is fantastic.

The staff at check-in and check-out were very friendly, and gave me a free map of the town.

It is a great hotel with friendly staff who will help you all the way out.

We did not walk far to go to the falls or casino and we had Free Parking.

Parking is $10 everywhere you go and any time you move your car at the attractions/sites.

Good value for money, at an understandably cheap rate and the coffee in the lobby was hot.

The carpeting in the room was in good shape and the linen was so fresh and clean.

Clean pool as well as excellent service, comfortable beds.
