The location was near by the highway and the room was decent.

Otherwise it's a place to sleep and it's across from the State University and public transport is nearby.

Large comfortable bed - good location across from suny albany, hotel gave me newly renovated room and the staff was competent.

After they left we continued to find garbage everywhere in the room, especially around the bed and frame.

One of the windows in the room was broken and if a hard wind had hit the window, glass would have fallen into the room and onto one of the beds as there was a large hole with pieces taped into place.

I've lived in a fraternity house in college so stained carpets, mistmatched furniture and lumpy beds aren't exactly the end of the world for me and I was simply looking for a room that would suit my basic needs.

We called the front desk to report the problem with the toilet and to request more towels (there was only 1 washcloth and two small handtowels in a room booked for 4 adults).

Lobby was nice, front desk staff very helpful.

While the service was prompt, the man from the front desk only brought me a mattresspad (which was covered in long hairs).

Eventually he said to come get him at the front desk and he would reopen it for me.

I called the front desk and asked for a blanket and a fitted sheet.

We arrived after a four hour driver to find that the outside and the lobby less than desireable.

A homeless person was wandering around the area and apparently had taken up residence near the parking lot in a small wooded area.

Furthermore internet connection was very helpful.

Location was excellent, the room was clean.

The bathroom very clean, the continental breakfast consisted of donuts.

The room was cleaned regularly and it smelled clean except the day I checked in the carpet was dirty and thank God my child spilled stuff and so I had the maintance person clean and vaccuum it.
