Red Carpet Inn Gatlinburg - 蓋特林堡

Very clean, the manager was awesome and the location was amazing.

We left again for the day returning in the evening to find the dirty towels still in the room but the bed was made and towels were not refreshed.

Apparently, something in the bed must've bitten me.

The bed was hard and we couldn't sleep all night since we were tossing and turning.

Okay except that the dirty towels were still in the room.

The room had grasshoppers in it,towels were smelly and dirty,it adve.

It advertised a free breakfast so my youngest daughter and i got up the first morning and no breakfast, we hadn't brought anything to eat so we had to go down to shoney's and have breakfast.

There was no breakfast despite a continental breakfast being advertised.

No they don't do breakfast but the staff was very courteous.

The second evening at the pool an employee who can roam freely around the guests after working hours, ( he was the housekeeper ) made some comments which I won't detail here but none the less were very inappropriate staff to guest interactions.

Old hotel has good clinap and friendly front desk person.

The lady at the front desk wore dirty clothes but was helpful in telling us about the news (not good!

Upon questioning management, two different "owners" said they had removed towels before staff entered to clean and that was their policy.

Had to go to Front Desk to get some for morning.

First of all, the pool didn't even have water in it -- not that we would've taken a swim in that nasty looking thing.

My daughter jumped in the pool before we really looked at it - it was filthy, dozens of floating bugs and leaves.

The price was good and the rooms were clean and nice.
