  Good price and location, the trolly stop was right in front of the motel. The hotel was quiet, very clean and staff were very friendly as well, the owner was very nice to us. The room was small.

  Towels were smelly and dirty, pool was closed.

  Good location in Gatlinburg and suggested a great restaurant across the street. Cheap place to stay, old building and not too long walking distance to cities attractions. The staff were very accommodating, the owners were nice and for the price I got a clean room.

  Low cost and location, great Value. Clean and good price for my needs, friendly staff. The bathroom was a little outdated, the owners were wonderful and pool was nice.

  S near to center, great place and the lady and the front desk was also very friendly. The room was clean and the swimming pool was nice.

  Nice surroundings, great value for the rate and staff were amazingly polite and kind. The owner was very friendly and called the room within 5 minutes to make sure everything was alright.

  The towels were not clean and the pool was also rather dirty.
