Bathrooms in both rooms were filthy the Bath tubs looked as if though they hadn't cleaned in forever.
The first room I was in had a broken shower and the bath tub was so awful, I wouldn't have washed my dog in it.
This set the tone for a very uncomfortable stay, and the last night the phone starting ringing with people screaming onscenities, they were room to room calls.
They reluctantly moved me to another room and that was only marginally better.
When the office personall was told about the condition of the rooms they basically was like what do you want us to do about it.
The staff were so pleasant and I couldn't imagine facing that situation every day without tetanus shots.
The Customer service was not good at all.
I had booked 2 rooms neither of which was clean.
Pleasant staff does their best and neither of the rooms were clean at all.
