Extremely comfy accommodation with an excellent service in the centre of Krakow. Large room with ventilation and dishwasher plus milk. A huge variety of fine food at breakfast time. Excellent and lovely location very close to Galeria Krakowska. Also, still close enough to walk to all the sights. Really nice overall experience.

The hotel is an excellant base for a trip in Krakow. The property stuff is friendly and exceptionally nice. The location is amazing - minutes from the train station. Overall superb food, plus there is Restauracja u Filipa close by. I would recommend it and would stay here again.

An electric kettle, fridges, and a stovetop in my deluxe apartment were a very thoughtful addition. The staff was especially helpful, they provided an exceptional service. Its location was efficient, close enough to Old Town.

I stayed in the room that was needing the window to be kept open for ventilation and available with fridge and god bathroom, as for instance. A huge variety of food for breakfast, which was nice to satisfy everyone. The location was excellent, very close to Galeria Krakowska.

The location was great, not very far from The Cloth Hall. There was an exceptionally comfortable bed that I truly enjoyed in the economy apartment. The views of city were nice and the staff members were nice and very polite.

Everything was amazing, had a very nice stay in February. The staff was amicable and gave some great recommendations. The room was airy and luxurious, the bathroom was well equipped. The hotel had a very central location to the mezzanine area. All the dishes were fine, nevertheless you can visit nearby Restauracja u Filipa.

The hotel had a very central location and it was minutes from Galeria Krakowska. The property was set in a very quite area. I did not want to leave, so totally recommend this venue...

No reason to complain, the venue met requirements, recommend it. Besides, the location was particularly good and fab for our stay, within 10 minutes' walk of Galeria Krakowska. Spacious bed and room was huge and spotless. The excellent service and the attention to detail!

The area was really loud.

The location was stunning and awesome, so close to a train station. Plus it was within 5 minutes walking from the downtown. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and a private safe, central heating, and an electronic key card inside the room.
