Real Parque Hotel Lisbon - 里斯本

This is a nice 4 star hotel in an excellent location in lisbon.

It is about an hour stroll from the centre of Lisbon but we preferred this out of town location.

The Real Parque is also very good value for a first-rate property with its amenities, good location, and superb condition.

Very easy to reach via airport bus, and nearest Metro station 5 minutes away.

Note: Don't go back by bus to the airport but take a taxi.

Room was spacious as was toilet, bed was very comfortable and very big.

The rooms are roomy (so are the bathrooms, I'm 5"7 and I could lie flat in the bath), the TV has 32 channels including BBC Prime and World, CNN and the usual suspects plus MTV and VH1.

My room, on the fifth floor, was clean and quite spacious with a good mini-bar and nice bathroom, with bath, shower and bidet.

The telephones (there were three, one by the bed, one on the desk, one in the bathroom).

The room, are absolutely perfect and clean, as the bathroom and the toilet.

The service, room quality, cleanliness, restaurant and breakfast facilities are excellent, and the staff exceptionally friendly (bar one slightly brusque female receptionist!

There is a bar and a tapas bar, as well as a restaurant with lovely views over the river.

The buffet breakfast was very good but we didn't sample the restaurant.

Eating options may be somewhat limited in the surrounding area but the hotels own restaurant provides excellent portugese cuisine and the Thai restaurant further down Av.

The only drawback was the lack of restaurants; however, the Basque restaurant beside the hotel stays open late and the waitstaff is very friendly.

It really was "5 minutes drive away" and the reception staff were apologetic and extremely efficient and helpful.

With complimentary underground car parking and probably the most friendly and helpful member of reception staff I've met (Nino, I think) this was a great stay.

Our triple room was smart and spacious and the reception staff were both knowledgeable and helpful.

An added bonus is you can use the spa facilities of the Real Palacio just 100 m down the road so don't forget to pack your cozzies!

We were told we had free gym privileges with their sister property but never used it.

Really good hotel, large clean rooms, helpful staff and great breakfast, to satisfy all tastes.
