Fairly clean hotel in a very good building. Very close to the city center and the Ferrari museum.- Flexible staff.- Great-sized rooms with a comfy bed.- Magnificent location near a town square.

The staff here were really friendly and always willing to help out. The room was modern and cozy, with handy amenities like a fridge, air conditioning, and a safe to keep your belongings secure. 🌟

The location was particularly good for exploring this quiet area, just next door to museum Enzo Ferrari or center of Modena, the historical city center and the train stations. We stopped by Gelateria Mulino for coffee and treats, it was at a medium distance from the hotel.

Newly decorated hotel, I appreciated its central location right by taxi, the historical city center and Parmesan factories. The staff was extremely helpful, they provided a good service. The guest room was brand-new, comfortable bed. Everything was simply fine.

The breakfast offers nice products. The hotel's location is awesome, as it is very close to Parmesan factories, the train station, city centre, and the Ferrari museum. It is also within easy walking distance from the center.

My recent stay at B&B in Modena was fantastic. The location is great, surrounded by restaurants and bars. The room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The staff were lovely and accommodating. Despite a couple of minor setbacks, such as the loud buzzing of the room doors and inconsistent lighting controls, I had a pleasant experience overall. I would recommend B&B for a convenient and enjoyable stay in Modena.

Overall it was perfect with 2 single beds. Marvellous central location near to the historic center and the centre of Modena. Crocetta-San Lazzaro-Modena Est district was worth exploring.

The location was perfect for my needs, and the hotel had ample parking. The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. I especially loved the big, clean bathroom with its modern amenities. The staff was friendly and competent, always ready to assist. The wireless connection was also reliable, which was a major plus for me. I would recommend this hotel for a convenient and comfortable stay.

Hotel staff were efficient. The location was convenient for car parking though the outlook was not very picturesque. The room was generously proportioned and so was the bathroom and we found the bed comfortable. We thought the hotel was very good value for money. Breakfast was good.

We found the lighting in the room was rather dismal. The walls were wood panelled and this made the room seem a bit dark with the lack of strong light.
