Tidy place with excellent friendly and cooperative staff members and sea views. Extensive and delicious breakfast to start the day, outstanding food. Having a work desk, coffee and tea making facilities, and a multi-channel television in our nicely decorated and well-appointed room. Their service was good. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

Booked a room with great views of the beach. Truly enjoyed the location to tourist attractions in Phuket. Also, Phuket Seashell Museum was 2 km away.

The hotel has a remote location close to shops and restaurants. Moreover, it is next to swimming beach.

Neat venue and lovely friendly and cooperative employees. Location - unbeatable, right by many restaurants and shops, fisherman's beach and the touristy areas of Kata. Also, interested in exploring the surrounding Rawai area.

The location was marvellous and away from main tourist areas of Phuket, easy base for shopping. Beautiful units with a king bed, spa-like decoration, for instance, and the staff were personable! The food choices were brilliant.

I had a great time at Rawai Palm Beach Resort. The pool was excellent - spacious, clean water, and a swim-up bar. The staff at the travel desk were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and there was free water provided daily. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a cheap and cheerful stay.

The location was excellant - not far from the fantastic NAI Harn beach, shops and restaurants, and sufficient restaurants within walking distance. It also was by gorgeous plants.

Very nice pool, friendly staff, room very nice only the corridor to the rooms could get a paint.

Great pool area, everything very well maintained. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Staff was very helpful. The breakfast buffet had a good choice and was very tasty.

Accommodation was impeccable, nothing to complain about. , However, the location of Rawaii Beach does not offer so much in the evening, so they often drove to another city by tuktuk.

the venue was good value and incredible, i loved the location not far from restaurants and bars and other places, and sea views. the location was perfect, in rural areas of laos! also, the venue was near ya nui.

We had a fantastic stay at the Palm Beach Resort - Sha Extra Plus. The pool was absolutely amazing and offered a perfect place to relax and unwind. The staff was always friendly and went out of their way to assist us with any requests or questions we had. The complimentary shuttle service to the beautiful nearby beaches was a great convenience. The breakfast had a delicious variety of options and we especially enjoyed the eggs. our experience at the resort was wonderful and we highly recommend it.

Room service - efficient. Dining facilities - excellent Breakfast OK but can improve. More variety. Good thing was not beef. Swimming pool good. Wifi service - excellent. Gym - OK. Need a spa, and sauna.

The pool and the rooms are really awesome! The staff was very nice. We got a free upgrade with access to the pool, which you just have to go into.
