I have trouble paying the same price for an inferior hotel in Lithuania as compared to Helsinki!
Good food + wonderful location + free Internet and the hotel was close to all ammenities.
Excellent location and friendly at this hotel made our stay in Vilnius very pleasant.
The location is about a 15 minute walk to old town down one of the most elegant streets in Vilnius.
One word of warning taxi's from the airport overcharge book one in advance if you can.
30 minutes on foot from the old town, but in good weather the walk can be pleasant.
Unfortunately even in the new room air conditioning was not working properly.
Personnel friendly, comfortable room absolutely comply.

There are plenty of good bars and restaurants nearby we particlarly liked the Rudolf 2 bar just around the corner selling cheap beer and excellent food and Avrilys brewery and restaurant nearer the old town.
The restaurant was open for lunch and dinner and although it looked inviting we ate out in the excellent choice of restaurants in the locality.
The breakfast was super and the hotel restaurant had competitive prices.
Breakfast was served until 10am midweek and 11am on the weekend and was more than adequate with an extensive choice of hot and cold food.

Very good price/performance relation, very helpful staff and excellent receptionist employes.
Front desk staff were friendly and breakfast was ok.
When we brought this to the attention of reception staff, they were not helpful and we had to insist to have the room changed.
On the plus side, the breakfast is good and not all the reception staff were so unhelpful as the one who dealt with us most of the time.
