Having spent Christmas at a hotel in Sri Lanka recently, I can say that it was a great experience overall. The location of the hotel was perfect for me, as it was close to a lot of tourist attractions and local restaurants. the hotel offered a delicious buffet breakfast and dinner, which was a nice touch. Another aspect that I enjoyed was the spacious and clean swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing dip on a hot day.

There were a few things that could have been better. The room was a bit basic and could have been better maintained.

We had an amazing experience at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfectly situated in a calm and quiet environment, surrounded by lush greenery and a beautiful pond. It was a great retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life.

The property is surrounded by serene nature, with trees and a beautiful pond. Enjoyed a good dinner and the swimming pool. The park was also very beautiful. Beds and air conditioning made me feel like I was flying. Waking up to the refreshing view of tea plantations from the balcony was amazing. The food was delicious and unforgettable. Will definitely come back to experience Ratnaloka again.

The view of the surrounding trees from the rooms is refreshing and the facilities are well-maintained.

Beautiful Setting and Great Food

Recently traveled to a remote village in Sri Lanka for a romantic getaway and stayed at a hotel close to the beautiful tea plantations and exotic landscapes. The hotel provided a fruit basket and had a variety of delicious dishes available to choose from for both breakfast and dinner which made our dining experience unforgettable. The hotel location allowed us to explore the natural beauty of the area while also enjoying great meals.

The hotel room was not up to expectations as the carpets were damp and stained and some of the amenities were not available like shampoo or soap. There were also issues with the plumbing in the bathroom.
