The hotel's service and quality are top notch, with clean rooms and excellent heating control. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city center, next to shops, restaurants, and a fresh market. The friendly and helpful staff make the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast selection is good, and the staff are friendly and pleasant. The location is convenient, with easy access to bus stops, the train station, and the airport. The room facilities are impressive, with even an iron and ironing board provided. The room size is spacious, and the New Year party arranged by the hotel staff was a wonderful surprise.

Good location, in the middle of the city, therefore good possibilities for shopping. Excursion destinations are easily accessible. Summer and winter a beautiful stay.

I chose this hotel for attending a consultation because it provides 5 meeting rooms available for events. Both business travelers and tourists can enjoy the hotel's facilities and services. The meeting rooms were well-equipped and provided a comfortable and professional environment for my work needs.

One service that I missed for my work was the lack of a dedicated business center. It would have been convenient to have a dedicated area with computers, printers, and other office equipment readily available for guest use.

Breakfast was very good. With plenty of choice. . . Hot and cold in good proportion. Parking possibility from the car in the underground car park and with lift connection to the hotel.

That the restaurant on 22.6.2019 closed true and in the whole city almost no restaurant open true.

Lovely stay at a hotel in the market square. Enjoyed the sauna and the free breakfast buffet. Convenient location with shopping mall onsite. Can't wait to come back!

Breathing fresh air is overrated anyway, who needs windows that open? The lack of ventilation in the room added some excitement to my stay.

The bathroom had water from shower running into the basin area, so made it wet as well.

Right in the centre of this city, I loved the convenience of being close to everything, especially the department store. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive and the staff were really friendly. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious with a wide range of choices.

The weather was quite hot and the hotel has no air conditioning, so the temperature in the room was almost unbearable.

During my Christmas holidays, I stayed at a hotel in Kuopio and I must admit that it was a great experience. The hotel was conveniently located in the heart of the city and offered easy access to all the major attractions. The rooms were well-equipped and decorated, and the breakfast buffet was simply amazing. I really loved the fact that they offered a wide variety of dishes, both hot and cold, which suited my taste buds perfectly. the hotel had a superb staff who were very friendly and attentive.

Although my overall experience was great, there was one thing that I wish could have been better. I found that the hotel lacked some basic facilities such as a mini-fridge and tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms which could have been really helpful during my stay.
