Room was satisfactory and clean, restaurant was very good.

This hotel did not live up to grand chancellor experiences in melbourne and staff were not very friendly.

Very handy to the airport and the staff were also helpful in directing us to the bus stop. Room quality was very good, reception was efficient, polite and friendly, the bathroom had also seen better days. The menu at the restaurant was excellent and garden was very pleasant.

Car park had quite a few locals loitering around and not very well lit, the interior was ageing and a bit filthy, bar was not set up for couples.

The common areas looked good and a quick stop over. Liked the hotel very much, reasonable price and modern exterior and lobby. Room cards should be able to be used to exit from car park and the staff are almost always friendly and helpful.

Internet should be free and overall, this large facility is aging badly.

Handy location to airport and good value for money. The prices reasonable and the staff friendly. T liked the the rooms and car parking free. Complimentary tea and coffee, waiters etc excellent.

The sheets looked old and used, gym facilities dirty.

Good bus service to and from airport, perfect stay. Very helpful, friendly, polite staff and comfortable bed. Convenient great breakfast, very valuable choice.

To sum up disgusting, really Bad Choice and too slow checkout. Dated facilities.
