my stay was convenient. The hotel was close to Grand Canyon Railway. The room had a bath, and the staff were incredibly helpful. I enjoyed the to-go breakfast and exploring the nearby outdoor activities. The lobby had a cozy fireplace, and the free Wi-Fi was a plus. The area had good shopping options too. The bed was comfy, and I felt at ease during my stay. The hotel was simple but met all my needs.

The staff at Greentree Inn Flagstaff was exceptionally courteous and helpful, and the housekeeping was top-notch. Despite the dated property, our room was always immaculate. The location near various eateries and a pet-friendly park made our stay convenient. The room was cozy and well-equipped, and the backlit bathroom mirror added a touch of luxury. The nearby landmarks like Coconino National Forest and Riordan Mansion State Historic Park provided charming family bonding experiences. The relaxation facilities were a nice addition to our trip, enhancing our overall enjoyment. The only drawback was the proximity of a communal table outside our window, causing some noise disturbances.

I chose Greentree Inn for its convenient location near the attractions I wanted to visit. The customer service agents went above and beyond to assist me, making my stay enjoyable. The complimentary buffet breakfast provided a great start to my days of exploration.

Room cleanliness and maintenance issues.

The place was newly decorated, with its especially helpful staff even in the night shift. The setting was comfortable and magnificent, very close to supermarket and restaurants, the mountains and tourist area

The room was updated and clean and available with king beds. The breakfast with waffles and gravy, as for instance was free. The staff were eager to help, every need of guests is catered for.

The beds are comfortable, and there is tea/coffee and storage in the room; the breakfasts are warm and plentiful with a very kind chef, and the location is great, near food outlets and supermarkets.

Recently renovated hotel, my first choice in Flagstaff. Immaculately clean property. Very efficient staff, led by Frank the manager. Nice size room with softer beds. Right place for a short stay.

The staff was super-friendly and excellent and we will be returning here soon. So glad we chose it, spent 1 quiet day here. Our room was recently renovated and had a safe box and many channels.

The GreenTree Inn Flagstaff was a delightful stay for me and my family. The rooms were clean, well renovated, and had good amenities, allowing the elder kids to watch a movie while the youngest went to bed without being tempted by the movie. The location close to Northern Arizona University was convenient, and the 24-hour front desk provided excellent service.

The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was with the shower curtain in the bathroom. It wouldn't stay at the edge, causing the shower head to get water on the floor.

The room I stayed in was nicely updated with a pullout sofa. Its location a 10-15 minute walk from Elephant's Feet was good.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi connection was slow.

The rooms are spacious with cozy beds, and the pool area is kept tidy; plus, there's free parking for guests.

The place was exceptionally clean with a very efficient staff from Frank the manager. Fantastic and unbeatable location in that area instead, met required needs. Apart from that, Ponderosa Trails Park was 15 minutes away by driving. No complaints whatsoever, I appreciated this hotel and would stay here again and again.

The staff was especially helpful and attentive. Really enjoyed how the king room with great amenities was arranged upon our arrival. The location of the non-smoking establishment was comfortable and excellent for us.
