Beach not very family safe or clean, location is good - easy walk to downtown and the staff is efficient.

Friendly staff at the desk and good beds.

The site allowed a large suite and fine Stay.

The room is nice size for the price and spa as well as an outdoor spa on the upper floor perfect for relaxing.

In addition staff were professional, hot tub were amazing and the breakfast was good.

After staying at the same hotel, the same weekend, in the same rooms, for the last three years, we booked our rooms the very first day reservations were being taken this year.

Ancient furniture and hot breakfast included: scrambled eggs.

Free breakfast was ok, the pool was really nice.

The breakfast is kind of sad--the eggs are mass produced, pool is too hot.

The breakfast was nice and the pool was warm.

Breakfast area was clean, the beach was nice and the hotel itself had seen better days.

Pool area was very warm, the front desk staff were very friendly so helpful and the room size was great.

Not a very family friendly hotel, the front desk staff was unfriendly at best and the hot tub in the crows nest was working.

Nice place to stay and the two women at the front desk were always really friendly.

We didn't actually stay there and not the friendliest or most helpful staff.

The hotel is very clean, the hot tub in the balcany turret overlooking Mackinaw is the BEST.

    The view is great and from the jacuzzi you can see the beautiful lake. This hotel is not the worst or best was ok not for a long stay, the staff is also very friendly and professional, the balcony is nice. The breakfast is kind of sad--the eggs are mass produced, pool is too hot.
