  The beach front is nice, location is great and the Hotel Is Very Clean and The Staff Is Excellent. The hot tub in the balcany turret overlooking mackinaw is the best and the continental breakfast has the basics.

  The pool area was nice and the hotel was clean quite comfortable. The staff were courteous, the balcony was wonderful, private and breakfast was good and there was enough for everyone.

  Breakfast area was clean and the location of the hotel was great. The staff were very pleasant, the hot tub in the crows nest was working and I saw people enjoying.

  Pool and pool area was very warm, the room seemed to be clean enough and was a place to stay for the night. Staff were professional and our bed was very comfortable and the towels were fluffy. Breakfast each morning was sufficient.

  We loved our view and was conveniently located near many shops and restaurants, staff were professional, the room was clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was ok.

  This hotel was just that bad and the low price more than made up for the minor problems.

  Its a great location to walk to the ferry boats and into town, the staff is also very friendly and professional, the balcony is nice and the room is nice size for the price.

  Wireless internet is very poor on the back half of hotel, pool is too hot, breakfast bar is a joke no to sit and eat and too small of selection.

  Nice place to stay and best price. Friendly staff at the desk and room was clean. Breakfast and hostess were great as well.

  Lot's of better places and the two women at the front desk were always really friendly. Rooms were nice, clean and the complimentary breakfast was average at best.

  Breakfast area was clean, beach was very nice and the hotel itself had seen better days. The staff were friendly and the room size was great. The fridge micro came in handy for leftovers and beverages, the pool was warm.

  The ice machine was broken on the 3rd floor and the only one that worked was in the lobby, the sausage tasted old and the Danish and donut holes were stale. Manager on duty was never available to discuss my concerns.
