  Convenient location and excellent Stay. Good rate and very helpful folks at the lobby desk. The staff are helpful, friendly and the room is clean and the carpet seems renewed.

  The little kitchen was great and was nice to have separated from the living area, the breakfast was excellent and the hotel was located in a real quite neighborhood, courteous staff gave off a good vibe. The room was clean.

  Great price for value and good rates. Very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed. Loved the bathtub and reasonable breakfast.

  Big room, excellent breakfast and good facilities.

  Stay away from comedy night in the bar downstairs, staff were a little noisy in the am.
