Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Sulaymaniyah. The hotel was respectable with clean rooms. The location in a great area was marvellous and there were grand bazaar and a good supermarket nearby. Btw, went to city center, located not too far away from the venue.

Very central location, not very far from City Star Mall. Also - just next door to Red Prison museum and Azadi Park and restaurants, cafes and places to visit.

ramada definitely exceeded my expectations. the staff were amazing, solving an a/c system issue within 15 minutes. dastan at the front desk was professional and cooperative. their early notification of a delayed flight made a huge difference. will stay here again!

Cafeteria service was lacking. asked to pay after only 30 minutes of sitting and drinking coffee, even though it wasn't closing time.

We really loved this place. Rich breakfast items. Friendly staff. Adjacent to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. We booked a standard king room for 5 nights and had a nice stay.

I truly enjoyed 14 nights there. Hotel was clean and the balcony overlooked the mountain. Great location, it was adjacent to the airport and shops and restaurants and a traditional food market. The breakfast was tasty and wonderful and had a wide array of options...

Excellent food in the restaurant for breakfast. Immaculate room, perfect, with new furniture, an ash tray. Great location in Sulaymaniyah, not far from the center of the town, shops and restaurants and Suli's many parks and the night life of Soholika street. Also, close to the bazaar.

The hotel had a great indoor swimming pool and spa area, perfect for relaxing and unwinding during my weekend stay. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with any questions or requests. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options and I especially enjoyed the view from the top floor while having my morning meal.

There were some small maintenance issues in the room, such as a light that didn't turn off and a missing bathtub plug. the bathroom area had a shower that leaked and always left the floor wet, making it inconvenient to use.

In overall the room was well-appointed and with stable WiFi, new furniture plus balcony.

The breakfast is varied and large, includes a lot of meals. Well-trained staff contributes to create quiet atmosphere.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the town and visit all the tourist hot-spots. The room was clean and well-equipped, with a nice bathroom and reliable internet. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel felt safe for a solo traveler like myself. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was big and updated in front of the mirror and I thoroughly enjoyed the functional-style building. It was in a particularly good location close to the bazaar.

Everything was simply great. It offered us marvellous location near the airport, cafe and shops and the night life. It also was very close to the market. The breakfast was tasty and enjoyable, served in the restaurant.

The location, room design & staff are great. Check-in was easy and fast. Breakfast options and Emerald restaurant were fantastic. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.
