This hotel is in a great location, right in the heart of the entertainment district. It's just a few meters from an underground station, making it easy to explore the center of town. The staff were friendly and the rooms had all the necessary amenities. The washrooms were especially impressive, with small but well-designed bathrooms.

Our family had a fantastic time staying in this hotel's location right in the heart of the entertainment district just a few meters from the subway station. We loved exploring all the fun shops and alleyways, like the famous Ramen Alley right on our doorstep. We found the hotel's service to be excellent, and the breakfast buffet included a variety of Hokkaido dishes which made for a perfect start to the day. despite the small size of the room, we were impressed with the cozy and clean facilities.
The hotel's Coffee Shop staff did not speak much English, which made it difficult to communicate at times.

This hotel is really near by the subway station and there are some nice small restaurants and convenient stores around the corner. Although the single room is small, it's clean and enough for use. The staff in Lobby were very nice to answer my questions and give some advice. Next time if I go to Sapporo again, I will choose this hotel again.

Nice location with very good price. Near many restaurants and food places. Comfort to stay and travel.
It'll be better if there is WiFi in room rather than wired one. Extension of the check out time should be excellent.

Great location and good price for a base to visit the Sapporo snow festival - both the main site in Odori park or the smaller one nearby in Susukino.
No hotel onsen/public baths or gym. Services pretty limited.

The location and the washroom size of Ramada Sapporo is good
When I first arrived and checked in the hotel around 10pm, they bring bad news to us that they will have a electricity shut down around midnight. When I talk to the receptionist to know about some local informataion they were not helpful. Especially when I ask for the receptionist's help for connecting tel. To the other sapporo hotel's friends, they refused to provide help and argued with me for long time until I want to complaint to the hotel assistant manager. Very bad service ever in Japan.

First of all, the rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. The shower amenities that were provided were a cherry on top, making our stay super comfortable. the hotel's location was perfect; we were right in the heart of all the activities, with numerous great restaurants to dine in. our room was not facing the main road, so we enjoyed peaceful nights as no street noise could affect us.
One thing that could have been better was the breakfast buffet that was priced reasonably at but lacked sufficient variety, making it a bit limited. we requested a double bed room, but we were given a room with two single beds, which felt less comfortable, especially when travelling with a partner.

Staying in this city was a breeze as the hotel's location was right in the heart of all the activity. Being so close to transportation made it easy to explore. In spite of the coffee shop not speaking English, the staff at this hotel were very polite. I loved exploring the food outlets nearby and grabbing breakfast from the convenience store. Everything was always kept so clean, which made me feel more comfortable during my stay.
Everything was fantastic.
