The location marvellous and fantastic near everything. Again, walking distance to Japan House Sao Paulo. Huge, fantastic rooms and large bathrooms.

The location was favourable and absolutely perfect and the private parking was on site. The food was nice with a huge variety of options...

Great location, close to Avenida Paulista and metro station. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Delicious buffet breakfast. Friendly and efficient staff at reception. I had a successful and enjoyable stay at Capcana Hotel Jardins.

Great location by avenue Paulista one block away. Quiet Jardom neighborhood. Very comfortable large bed and the best wi fi reception I have ever had at a hotel. Good breakfast.

The rooms and corridors just were not very pleasant.

We had a delightful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was superb, being near Brigadier metro station and within walking distance to everything we needed. There was even a bakery nearby that provided delicious treats. Our room was spacious and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly polite and attentive. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, offering us a refreshing welcome drink and providing excellent room service throughout our stay. The amenities in the room were top-notch, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, a sitting area, and a patio. The hotel also offered a range of facilities, such as a fabulous spa and wellness center where we enjoyed relaxing massages and beauty treatments. we were extremely satisfied with the quality of service and comfort provided at this venue.

We highly recommend this hotel to all our friends, as it exceeded our expectations in every way.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Sao Paulo. The location was excellent and there were plenty of nearby amenities. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed provided a great night's sleep. The breakfast selection was satisfactory and the Wi-Fi worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and convenient experience.

You can see the rooms have been redesigned. They are clean and very confortable, and the price rate is fair. The breakfast buffet is good and so is the room service.

There´s only one elevator and it´s small and old... Very bad news for claustrofobics, and there´s no gym. But, except that, I recommend it.

Thank you for an enjoyable stay by the customer service offered by the front desk. The rooms are spacious and the continental breakfast offered has a lot of dishes. There is a lot of facilities in the room such as : climate control, a personal safe, and LCD TV. The location is favourable and perfect, not too far from a bustling avenue. And it's set in a commercial area short walk to Congonhas Airport.

The hotel was pretty close to the Brigadeiro's subway station, making transportation easy. The location of this city was in a very commercial area, which was convenient for shopping. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The room and bathroom were well-cleaned.
