I understand that Gananoque is a tourist town and when we stayed in July, it is tourist season but this hotel is incredibly overpriced for what they offer their guests.
The location is convenient to the river and casino.
On our last night there were no bath towels in the room.
My room was very clean and the bathroom had been updated.
The rooms are split in rows of rooms, with an individual parking spot in front of every room.
The bathroom was also dated, though both it and the room were very clean.
The rooms were clean, the service was friendly however the toiletries were not stocked and the towels were as hard as rocks, bring your own towels!
The food in the restaurant was absolutely amazing.
I have never refused to eat food served to me in a restaurant before, but this food was not fit for consumption by man or beast.
We ate in the restaurant - decent fare in the evening.
Breakfast service was slow and food not great, but overall experience was great.
The gratis breakfast consists of scrambled eggs, toast, choice of bacon or sausages, but only water, coffee or tea served with the breakfast.
Hotel staff was very welcoming, the service was excellent and the room was quite large.
Housekeeping staff should ensure that all supplies are readily available.
Very good locations, peaceful place and staff quick to respond to guest's needs.
Staff, though helpful, always appeared harrased or slightly curt.
The empty parking lot was our first clue that something wasn’t right but we decided to try it anyway.
Definitely one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in and high Speed Internet.
The staff was super friendly and my room was very clean.
The rooms were clean, pillows were very comfortable and free hot breakfast was delicious.
The rooms were extremely clean and free breakfast each morning was a huge BONUS.
The rooms to my suprise we're fairly clean and excellent restaurant.
