The banquet facilities were fancy, but who needs a Grand Ballroom for 1000 people? The daily dosage of 1Mg of Finasteride was overwhelming, but at least I had lovely views from the fitness center and a spa to relax.

Just what I needed, an overdose of hair loss treatment and overwhelming banquet capacity.

The staffs are pleasant. We were served welcome fruit juice upon check in. The hotel lobby decor is posh. The room decor is clean and not old. It is 15 to 20 mins walk to Stadhuys. It is one of the more expensive hotels in Melaka but you pay for the comfort and 5-star facilities with big pool and well-equipped gym. Breakfast was better than most other hotels with fresh squeezed vegetable and fruit juices made on the spot. We also tried the dinner buffet rm55++, mainly local food , I wish there is more continental dishes.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room at Ramada. The bed was extremely comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. I also appreciated the beautiful sea view from the room, it added a nice touch to my stay. The TV had a great collection of movies, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The club lounge was a great escape from the crowds and offered a nice atmosphere for unwinding. I had a great stay at Ramada Plaza By Wyndham Melaka.

The sauna there was empty all the time and it gave us alot of privacy. The staff were generally very friendly and helpful. Malaysian hospitality has improved significantly over the years.

The hotel is generally a little old. Paint can be seen tarnished and the room toilet has parts that are slightly rusty.

Just returned from an Easter break at this hotel and it was a great experience! The breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of options to choose from. The central location was also amazing, making it easy to explore and get around the city. The highlight of the stay was definitely the staff, who were incredibly friendly and always went the extra mile to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

That some of the rooms didn't have natural light in the living area when the bedroom door was closed, which was a bit disappointing.

I was extremely happy with the value for my money at Ramada. The room was fantastic, with a comfy bed, fluffy pillows, and it looked brand new. The location was superb, right in the center with plenty of restaurants nearby, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast selection could be improved.

The pool facilities were nice.

Our room was not clean upon arrival nor cleaned by housekeeping on the second day of our visit. Our calls to the desk for remedy were responded to, albeit slowly.

Breakfast was good. General facilities in the hotel were good and location was satisfactory.

We ordered room service on 2 occasions and both times it was slow. On one occasion we ordered a dessert from the room service menu besides being slow the quality was terrible. We brought it to reception to complain and refused to pay. Hotel service could have been better in general.

Great hospitality and warm welcome upon arrival by the staff. The check-in process was smooth despite a bit of a wait. The room had a fantastic view of the city skyline and was clean and spacious. The hotel had a nice swimming pool with friendly staff and ample parking facilities for in-house guests. The location was convenient to access the city's attractions with many options for public transportation.

The air conditioning in the room was a bit difficult to adjust to the desired temperature and tended to be too cold. The hotel shuttle service timings were a bit inconvenient for city exploration, and there were limited food options within walking distance aside from a few hawker stalls.

The view of the river from our room was absolutely stunning, making our stay a jaw-dropping experience. The sofa bed in our standard room was super comfy, PERFECT for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The room itself was incredibly spacious, with a wonderfully cozy bed that ensured a restful night's sleep. The large, clean bathroom with strong water pressure was a pleasant surprise, and we loved that there was no cigarette smoke or musky smells to be found. Additionally, the hotel's close proximity to local street food stores made it easy to indulge in delicious meals. We also appreciated the convenience of the cheap on-site parking. Lastly, the housekeeping was top-notch, ensuring our room was always pristine.

Staff was helpful when they realised they had booked us on a smoking floor when we had asked for a non-smoking floor. They did not have the same standard of room left on a non-smoking floor so allowed us to use the internet at their cost for the duration of our stay to make up for the difference in cost.

The club lounge was impressive with a great spread of food and drinks, comfortable bed, spacious room, variety of movie channels, and friendly staff like Maurine.

Can't fault the property in any way.
