  Just returned from a disappointing stay at this hotel and staff polite and efficient. The hot tub was hot.

  Second, the pool was a long walk all outside to the back 40 of the hotel, the staff were very helpful and our room was great for the price.

  Room service did a good job my entire stay, the staff were very friendly, professional and accommodating, the bed was comfortable and the shower worked well.

  The location is very nice and well worth the price we would have paid. The lobby is very clean and the staff is very accomodating. The room is fine and the deluxe continental breakfast is always great.

  Hotel is very outdated and the street access is inconvenient at best. The elevator is really old and the pool is not heated and to put plainly.

  Pool was fine and clean and small spa area, the hotel staff were very good and freindly, the price was super affordable and the amenities were great. The front desk was extremely helpful and polite, beds were comfy. The restaurant was also not bad.

  The elevator was scary and no ice machine on the floor, A/C was broken. The sinks and toilet were excessively low.

  A good place to stay and wonderful for the Price. The lobby was clean, staff were excellent and the wireless Internet worked very fast.

  And the restaurant on site was very expensive and the pillows were small and not very comfortable.

  The lobby was nice and the staff were very friendly/helpful, ramada Plaza San Diego was great, the rooms were spacious and clean, and even smelled clean. Restaurant next door was very good value also.

  The equipment in the fitness center was inadequate and broken, for the high price, was definitely not worth.
